Wellbeing Hub

At Skinners’ we are committed to providing a healthy working environment and improving the quality of working lives for all staff and students.

'Mental health is a state of well-being in which every individual realises his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to her or his community.'

World Health Organization

By placing wellbeing at the heart of all school activities, a positive environment can be created that is compatible with promoting staff and student engagement, performance and achievement. Our efforts have been recognised by the Carnegie Centre of Excellence for Mental Health in Schools in the awarding of a Silver School Mental Health Award.
