A one academic year appointment from September 2026 to July 2027.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Mornings:

• An administrative role, comprising responsibility for Reprographics (see Appendix 1) or support for the Games department.
• An early morning duty role.
• Responsibility for gathering and redistribution of Lost Property.
• Responsibility for supporting the administration of the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.
• Lunchtime cover for the Receptionist or support for the School Office.

• Afternoons:

• A teaching support role, comprising support for a key area of the extra-curricular life of the school – sport (through games lessons as well as outside the timetable), music, drama, CCF, DofE etc.
• Cover supervision.

• Generally, the role needs to involve a willingness to work outside ‘normal’ hours.
