GCSE Results Day

GCSE results came out this week, with 62% of them graded at 9, 8 or 7. Congratulations to Finlay Cruickshank on a clean sweep of 9s. We will award 25 more prizes on Skinners’ Day to those who achieved four 9s + four 8s, or better. Our 'informal' Progress 8 score, at 0.78, suggests the school is adding over three-quarters of a grade to each entry. 

As is usually the case, almost all pupils will be staying at Skinners' for the Sixth Form. However, this year they will be joined by a number of girls as we embark on the process of making our Sixth Form co-educational. 

Well done to all our Year 11 students on their hard work in gaining strong GCSE results!
